The flat is equipped with air conditioning, electric shutters and a parking space in the building’s courtyard.

The flat is located on the second floor of a residential building in the centre of Luino, within a short walk of all amenities: supermarkets, pharmacies, newsstands, tabacco shops, petrol stations. The beaches of Colmegna and Maccagno are perfect for a family day out. The bus and railway stations are starting points for excursions to Switzerland or Milan. From the ferry port you can reach the Borromean Islands for an unforgettable trip. Every Wednesday there is a famous market in Luino's main square, with clothing and food stands.
