Palazzo Zippitelli dating back to 1930 was built by Cav. Michele Zippitelli, a pioneer of Bari entrepreneurship. Currently renovated, it is one of the most important historical buildings in the city of Bari. Located in one of Bari's most architecturally representative neighbourhoods, just a few steps from the historic Lungomare promenade, it overlooks the 'Madonnella' square, the fulcrum of the district of the same name.

Ideally located between the historic centre and the city's most commercial streets, Palazzo Zippitelli offers comfortable and refined accommodation in an early 20th century residence. The recently renovated, bright and soundproof flats feature spacious and elegant rooms with décor in warm, soft tones. All flats have balconies with panoramic views of the city or the sea.
