The house belonged to the my great-grandparents who in the early 1900s built on their own land in San Pio delle Camere. For the furnishings we decided to offer modern and practical comfort by recovering, where possible, some objects of memory as evidence of the roots of the family. The house is equipped with all comforts and is easily accessible. The house is available for short-term rentals, it is open all year round following the published conditions and rates.
Sandro Paolini, architect and builder with a studio in L'Aquila, after the 2009 earthquake, rebuilt the house following the latest technical guidelines for anti-seismic construction with high-quality materials with high energy efficiency in Class A.
We are located in the heart of peasant Abruzzo on the Tratturo Magno of the Navelli plateau, about twenty kilometers from L'Aquila on the ss17 southbound towards Sulmona in an ideal barycentric position for visiting all the medieval villages, the archaeological site of Peltuinum and the three wonderful natural parks; the Gran Sasso National Park, the Majella National Park, the Sirente-Velino Regional Park.
