Prestigious apartment of 55 sq m, newly renovated, on the second floor of an historic building. Located in the heart of the historic center of Florence, in the elegant Piazza Signoria, next to the Loggia dei Lanzi, has all its picturesque views of the Palazzo Vecchio and overlooking out to the dome of Brunelleschi, 2 steps from the Arno river, the Ponte Vecchio bridge and the Uffizi Gallery, and 1 minute from Via Tornabuoni and its haute couture shops. The apartment is characterized by a refined modern style, high ceilings with exposed beams. It consists of two rooms plus loft and bathroom with shower. Large master bedroom in the room with double overlooking on Piazza Signoria through double-glazed windows, equipped kitchen, washing machine, microwave, induction cooking plate and refrigerator. Diner room with access to the loft with queen size bed, perfect for 1 adult. The apartment is a 15-minute walk from Central Station, 25 minutes by taxi from Peretola Airport, is close to great restaurants, shops and markets. It is offering free Wi-FI, air conditioning and heating, iron, ironing board. Linen and towels provided.
