Neighbourhood information

Soiano del Lago is immersed in a countryside dotted with vineyards and olive groves, a short distance from places famous for their beauty and historical interest such as the Castle of Padenghe. Not to be missed is Isola del Garda, with its neo-Gothic style villa, and the adjoining Isola dei Conigli, both reachable by boat from Manerba. Within a few kilometres we find Salò, Desenzano, the beach of Moniga, La Rocca di Manerba, the prestigious Garda Golf Country Club in Soiano (4 minutes' drive away), the famous Sirmione peninsula (20 minutes' drive away) and the Vittoriale degli Italiani, the last home of Gabriele D'Annunzio, and the amusement parks for children and adults of Gardaland (35 minutes' drive away) and Caneva World (water park 40 minutes' drive away). In 2021, parts of the Garda by Bike cycle path were opened, planned to be 140 km long around Lake Garda. Particularly spectacular is the section between Riva and Limone. Lake Garda also offers boat rentals, various water sports, rowing, yoga on the water, cycling in the hills, rock climbing, golf, wine and local product tastings and various magnificent excursions.
