The house I'll make available to my guests is one of the oldest in the VALLE DI CHIO.
Made of local stone, dates back to the end of XVII early XVIII century. The central section was bilt in the XVIII century, the last, the beginnings of the XIX century.
Original Tuscan farm house, characterred by the tipical external staircase and loggia, from which, mgnificent sunset can be admired with a view of Castiglion Fiorentino.
From the pool and from the large garden that surrounds the house, guests, can also enjoy the view of the rolling Hills surronding the valley.
A short distance from the house there is a path, immersed in the countryside, passable on foot, bicycle, horse ride, which stretches for 7 km along the VALLE DI CHIO.

The house is in the middle of the countryside, just 2.5 km from Castiglion Fiorentino,
reachable in 5' min. by car, 35/40 min. on foot.
I'll be available to my guest, providing useful suggestion to ensure that they enjoy a plesant Holiday.
The area is very quiet.
In Castiglion Fiorentino there are many restaurants, small shops and bars, which in the evening organize, with external tables, dinners and happy hour.
Piazza Garibaldi is equipped with large parking lot.
The third Sunday of June is trasformed into a beautiful dirt track, where the PALIO DEI RIONI is run, smaller than in SIENA but still very impressive.
The bus stop is in Piazza Garibaldi.

The train station is 3 KM from the house.
Firenze can be reached by train in 1 hour and a alf , ROMA in 2 hours.
