Perfect for families and groups of friends, the recently renovated home features air-conditioned rooms with new mattresses, a large fenced garden welcoming pets, and a private swimming pool with a modern cleaning system. Enjoy long walks, relax by the pool, or explore nearby cultural gems like Volterra, Pisa, San Gimignano, Lucca, and even Florence—all easily accessible for day trips. The beach is just a 30-minute drive away. Outdoor amenities include a brick barbecue and an electric car charging station. Optional services available upon reservation and payment include wine tastings, catering for breakfast and dinner, and up to 15 electric bike rentals.
