We manage over 100 properties on the Como Lake and in the surrounding mountains and guarantee our guests a smooth and unforgettable experience. We're available to assist with any questions or offer recommendations for local experiences. IMPORTANT: since we're a professional Property Manager, for all our properties you will be asked to access a portal (Octorate) to fill the additional informations requested by law in Italy: register all guests data, sign the rental agreement, add your payment method to pay extras (if selected during the check-in phase; i.e. additional cleaning fee for pets where allowed) or tourist tax (where requested by the municipality). Sometimes communication via phone is smoother; maybe you will be requested to accept our messages, that will come directly from our channel management system. For example you will receive information and videos for the self check-in in case you will arrive out of the check-in window. You will have a "House Manager" that will be available for you in case of need. Welcome to "Il Giardino Segreto," a farmhouse complex located in a secluded area of Valsassina. Easily accessible by car, it offers a tranquil and private atmosphere, ideal for a relaxing holiday immersed in nature but close to villages with various services and Como lake. We have maintained every feature, including its low-tech environment. The complex includes three apartments: Luna, Fieno, and Girasole, all available for short-term rentals. Each apartment is independent and has its own dedicated covered outdoor spaces. Luna is a standalone rustic house, while Fieno and Girasole are two apartments in the farmhouse, one above the other. Luna is a lovingly restored rustic house. The ground floor welcomes you with a bright living area with an open kitchen, bathroom, and small storage room. Upstairs in the loft, you will find a romantic bedroom with exposed beams and a double bed, creating a warm and charming atmosphere. Fieno is located on the ground floor of the farmhouse. The entrance opens into a living room / kitchen area with a large central table and fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, and refrigerator. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. Girasole is on the first floor of the farmhouse, accessible by external stairs. The entrance opens into a living room / kitchen area with a central table and island. A red sofa is positioned in front of the typical Valsassina wood stove. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine, with exposed beams that create a cozy environment. The real gem of this accommodation is the private garden, where you can relax and enjoy absolute tranquility. Spend pleasant moments in the shade of the trees, organize outdoor lunches, or simply read a book accompanied by birdsong. The garden also offers convenient private parking on the lawn, ensuring maximum comfort during your stay.

Located just a 20-minute drive from the famous, tourist-filled Lake Como, our property offers a serene and tranquil escape while still being close to popular destinations. A few meters from the property runs the famous Valsassina cycle path. You can walk or bike along it to reach "Il Frutteto della Valsassina" for farm-fresh fruits and vegetables, enjoy salami and cheese at the Pratobuscante agriturismo, or visit Carozzi for a tasting of local products. The path also leads to a minigolf area and the base of the Sprizzottolo waterfall. You can even try horseback riding at the nearby stable. Additionally, you can hike up to Barzio via country trails. On Fridays, visit the famous market or savor delicacies at the "La Baita" food store, and purchase high-quality meat from Rigamonti. Our property is the perfect place to unwind, with a peaceful environment surrounded by nature, yet within easy reach of vibrant tourist spots.
