Check-in time is between 16:00 and 20:00, after 20:00 check-in is subject to an additional charge of euro 40, after 22:00 euro 80. Upon arrival, guests' documents will be taken to send them to the Italian State Police and the lease agreement will be signed, these are two obligations under Italian law. The city tax of euro 0,5 per person per night is not included in the price

Villa with private garden in Santa Margherita di Pula, located in the beautiful residence "La Pineta". This residence offers all the main comforts: food market, tobacco shop, bar, restaurant/pizzeria , butcher, fish shop. The nearest wonderful equipped beach is 100meters far. In couple of minutes by car you can reach Chia area, with one of the most beautiful beaches of all Italy. The house has got a fully equipped kitchen, with coffee machine,microwave, elettric oven, washing mashine, iron and ironing board, tv, air conditioned,external hot water shower and barbecue. On request it is possible to add a baby bed and a baby high chair. The villa is made by: - Private garden that extendes on 3 sides of the house with private parking (not covered) - Open space living and kitchen with peninsula table - Main room with double bed - Second room with bunk bed (can be transformed in a double bed) and a single bed - Bathroom with shower from where you can reach the laundry room. We can provide WiFi against an extra fee. Wifi won't be unlimited. Water usage is not unlimited too, will give more details in a private message upon request. Bath towel bed linen are included and equipped with sanitization certification.

The villa is located in a cool pine forest in front of the sea. Inside of the pine forest there is an adventure park for the happines of adults and kids. Near the sea there is a beach establishment, aquatic sports, boat rents, and a fantastic fish restaurant just in front of the sea. In front of the house passes a bus with hour frequency, but it is suggested a car to visit all the area and the beaches all over the coast.
