Bilocale vista mare, inserito in contesto residenziale immerso nel verde e nella tranquillità. Piscina stagionale e tennis (a pagamento) Parco giochi bambini Campo bocce Centro storico, lungomare, stazione bus/treni e supermercati/negozi sono raggiungibili a piedi in circa 12min. L'appartamento è stato completamente ristrutturato nel luglio 2021 e dotato di ogni comfort. Rapallo è in posizione strategica per raggiungere facilmente Portofino, Santa Margherita, Camogli, Sestri Levante, 5 Terre e Portovenere. L’acquario di Genova si trova a circa 30 Km. Un’ottima occasione per visitare i luoghi dov’è ambientato il nuovo film di animazione Disney-Pixar “Luca”.
