Villanova neighborhood is in the historical centre of the city. The building where the apartment is located is at the hearth of the centre right in front of Bastione S.Remy. By feet you can walk up to Castello neighborhood and down to Marina neighborhood, walk to the Terrapieno where you can admire the view of the whole city, visit the botanical gardens, shops, restaurants etc. Everything is very near. You can park your car in the street (they are not free parkings) plus in front of the building at 200 meters there is a multi level car park, the biggest in the historical centre where you can park the car for short or long periods (inlcuded in the price on request).
