Our Relais aims to offer guests high-quality services that make their stay as comfortable as possible. Our goal is to ensure that those who choose Relais Poggio Pagnan for their vacation experience a pleasant, comfortable, and above all, unforgettable stay.
In 2020, we realized our dream through the new project "Poggio Pagnan Lab". The old stables of Costante and Ferruccio, located on the ground floor of the building that houses the farmhouse rooms, have been transformed into our small winery, where we are now able to autonomously process the grapes we produce into the first 4 distinctive wines of the Estate: Pagnan, Costante, Riveta, and Cornera. We wanted to preserve the historic structure with oak beams in the laboratories and exposed stones in the tasting room as much as possible. As in all the restoration projects that characterize us, history and innovation come together in a harmonious marriage of colors and materials.

The Relais Poggio Pagnan is a 5-Sunflower rated structure (the highest level of quality in Italy), ideal for those seeking a vacation focused on relaxation and intimacy. Immersed in the nature of Valbelluna at the foot of the Belluno Prealps and to the left of the Piave River, the building is an ancient barn part of the complex of a farmhouse dating back to the 19th century, recently renovated.
During the restoration, the nineteenth-century structure was respected in its architectural peculiarities, maintaining the exposed stone on the exterior as well as the ancient wooden beams and trusses inside. Approaching the residence along the wooden stairs leading to the balcony, also expertly restored according to local traditions, you will feel immersed in the splendid and unspoiled natural and rural landscapes of the Zumelle countryside. Upon entering, you will find yourself in the ancient "Knights' Hall", a room where silkworms were once raised for the subsequent production of textile products, now a spacious living area.
Throughout its interior, you will notice a balanced combination of ancient structure/materials and modern design, absolutely sober and delicate in the juxtaposition of colors and the use of more modern and innovative materials. In short, an intriguing blend of old and new.
