Bilocale al piano terra con ampio giardino in un complesso residenziale a soli 15 min a piedi dal mare.
Situato in un contesto immerso nella natura con un enorme prato, avente spazi condivisi dove mangiare all' aperto ed una piscina condominiale.
Incluso nel prezzo un box auto proprio sotto l'appartamento!!!
La zona è molto tranquilla e a 2 passi troviamo tutti i servizi primari.
Nell'alloggio troverete tutto l'occorrente come biancheria e asciugamani.
Ideale per i vostri amici a quattro zampe.
