Appartamento di nuova costruzione con piscina situato in una frazione tranquilla di Lazise, a solo 1 chilometrò dal lago. E' dotato di tutti i comfort: Wifi, ascensore, aria condizionata; tutti gli elettrodomestici e gli arredi sono nuovi. Si trova in una posizione strategica: immerso nel verde delle vigne, a soli 2 chilometri dalle terme e a pochi minuti dalle principali attrazioni (Gardaland, Caneva World, Movieland e parco Zoo Safari). Lenzuola e asciugamani sono inclusi nel prezzo.
Ho 52 anni, lavoro nel noleggio auto; sono un tipo molto sportivo e amo viaggiare insieme alla mia compagna Gaia. Viste le nostre esperienze, abbiamo cercato di rendere il più accogliente possibile l'appartamento che intendiamo affittare.
La casa si trova a poca distanza dalle Terme Di Colà 1,5km e dal porto e spiaggia di Pacengo 2,5km. Il Gardaland è a 2,8 km mentre il Moviland e Caneva Aquapark sono a circa 2 km.
