From the apartment you can reach the historical centre in just five minutes walk, sit in the piazza with a capuccino and watch Italian life unfold. Residenza Alice is spacious, bright, it is an ideal starting point for the sea located just 8km away or for mountain bike trails. For those who love art, Pietrasanta, Lucca, Pisa can be reached in thirty minutes, while Florence can be reached in just an hour by car or train from Viareggio station

Just 150 meters away you can find a well-stocked supermarket with excellent and tasty typical products and ready-made gastronomy dishes.
