This lovely residence is located a few hundred metres (10/15 minutes' walk) from the centre of Villasimius, on the south-eastern coast of Sardinia, characterised by long, fine, white sandy beaches. Flats: arranged on the first or second floor with balcony equipped with table and chairs. They are equipped with WIFI (partial use), TV, oven, telephone for internal use, iron and ironing board (on request), hairdryer, air conditioning, 1 beach umbrella provided. The Residence is located in a quiet residential area and is equipped with: reception office (opening times 09.00/13.00 and 16.30/20.00), unguarded private parking, wi-fi (common areas), swimming pool, lift, barbecue and washing machine for common use, bicycles (subject to availability, deposit required), bar, market with seasonal opening (external management with opening dates not guaranteed) THE PRICE INCLUDES: energy consumption (electricity, water, gas) and the first supply of bed linen and towels (linen change every 7 nights, for stays of at least 14 nights), final cleaning (except for cleaning of the kitchenette, which must be cleaned by the client before check-out), use of swimming pool, air conditioning, washing machine and barbecue for shared use, bicycles (subject to availability).

Thanks to its location, you can easily reach some of the most beautiful beaches: the protected area of Capo Carbonara, Porto Giunco and Punta Molentis. Villasimius does not only offer sea, there are numerous attractions in the locality: archaeological sites, museums, opportunities to practice various sports, discos, clubs, shops and restaurants where one can enjoy the culinary specialities and excellent wines of the area.
