Residence Matilde is located in Vassena, a nice hamlet of Oliveto Lario, at only 8 km from the famous Bellagio, the town of the gardens of Villa Melzi. Residence Matilde is located directly on the lake, Complitely renovated on 2017, offers very comfortable and modern apartments, fully accessorized, for short and long vacation. Public free parking place at 150 meters. Bus stop for Bellagio and Lecco at 20 meters Boat stop for lake trip at 150 meters Nice to relax into the garden enjoying the view of the lake and the sorrounding mountains

Located at only 10 minutes driving from Bellagio (8 Kms), Oliveto Lario is a village on the East branch of Lake Como and offers great views of the lake and of the sorrounding mountains. It is possible to do hiking of different lenghts starting directly from Residence Matilde or choose to do nice esxcursions on the lake with the public transportation or renting a boat. Getting to Bellagio you can reach and visit the famous gardens of Villa Melzi and Villa Serbelloni and reach Varenna and its Villas and Cadenabbia/Tremezzo with the Villa Carlotta botanic gardens.
