In Jesolo, the holiday apartment Residence Torino 83 is conveniently located close to the beach. The 50 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include a TV. A baby cot is also available. This vacation rental features a private outdoor area with 2 covered terraces. Additionally, guests have access to a shared outdoor area with a fenced pool (open from May 18 to September 14), a children's pool, and an outdoor shower. A parking space is available on the property. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Towels, unfortunately, cannot be provided. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are available for an extra fee. The property has step-free access and interior. An elevator is available in the building. A washing machine is available for an extra fee. Check-in is only allowed during the scheduled hours and requires prior approval from the host for any exceptions. Late check-in is possible only upon request and at an additional cost, to be agreed with the host based on the actual arrival time. This must be communicated at least 3 days before the check-in date. A security deposit is required and will be returned in cash at check-out if it takes place in person with the host between 9:30 and 10:00 AM. If you check out earlier, the deposit will be returned via bank transfer after the property has been checked. Additional charges will apply on-site based on usage for cribs.
