[Coastal House] Beach - Swimming pool ten steps away Comfortable appartment in an excellent, quiet area, ideal for families who want to relax and be away from the hustle and bustle of big cities, ideal for weeks and weekends away. Enchanting sunsets, particular beaches, characteristic places and km0 food await you in the area! Accommodation details: The appartment has a lovely bedroom with a queen-size bed with a view and exit to the balcony, a nice filtering light during the "peak" hours of the day, air conditioning and a built-in wardrobe for clothes and suitcases. A cosy living room at the entrance with dining/working area, comfortable relaxation area for young and adults with smart TV and play area, sofa-bed and air conditioning, bordered by a glass door leading outside onto the balcony. Spacious balcony with sun blinds for the hottest hours, there is a table in case you want to eat outside (strongly recommended). The kitchen is fully equipped with everything, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, pots and pans and everything you need for a good holiday. Finally, the bathroom has good outdoor illumination, with a shower box and dispenser for shampoo and shower gel (so that you don't have to think about bringing these things too, cluttering up your suitcase even more), a hairdryer for every need and a set of towels included.
The residence has access to the communal swimming pool from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. in the summer months Julie and August. For lovers of tranquillity, a few steps away is a beautiful pebble beach with a place to catch fish and shellfish, enjoy the sun and listen to the waves of the sea in peace. For sand lovers on the other hand, a few steps away is 'Il Mediterraneo Beach Resort', a wonderful resort with sunbeds and umbrellas on yellow sand, swimming pool, restaurant and bar; down the stairs you find yourself in 'Boulder Beach'. There are various attractions in the area such as Totem Beach, the castle of Santa Severa, the port of Civitavecchia, Kennedy Park, the Bay of Wonders, the gulf of 'Playa Puravida' and much more.
