Our charming property spans three floors, and please note that there is no elevator. Below is an overview of the room types and their locations: First Floor: Two Superior Rooms — one triple and one double. Second Floor: One Standard Double Room. Third Floor: Junior Suite and one Matrimonial Room. All rooms are thoughtfully appointed with air conditioning, a TV, a fridge, a kettle, and a wardrobe. Each room features a private bathroom equipped with a shower and a hairdryer for your convenience. Surrounded by some of Venice’s most iconic theatres, boutique shops, and authentic restaurants, our guests can immerse themselves in the city’s vibrant culture right outside the door. The nearest water-bus stop (Rialto) is just a 3-minute walk away, providing easy access to the city’s enchanting canals and beyond.
