The apartment will have available is part of the nineteenth century rural courtyard called the "Priest house"; formed out of the old farmhouse, in front of the noblest Manor House, and this separated by a beautiful yard, it presents a singular characteristic: a small circular tower it "protects" the south/west side.The apartment consists of a large living room / kitchen, two lovely bedrooms of which one, as it was used at one time, with connecting access (see map) and a very special bathroom built inside the tower complete with toilet, bidet,sink and shower.The restructuring measures were minimal and still is savored in the large fireplace that dominates the room, in the large wooden beams that scan the floor, in small windows protected by iron bars simple, what was to be the life of some time ago. A small equipped porch will allow you, in good weather, to eat outside with a view of the courtyard and a large garden is available on the back for authentic relax. The 70sqm apartment is surrounded by greenery and tranquility of the Veronese countryside.
