Residenza Victoria located in the private respectable condominium sharing the same historic building with the 5*L Grand Hotel Victoria. You'll be in the most luxurious building of Menaggio, lake front, with a fantastic panoramic view on the northern part of the lake and with private parking place in a fenced area. Everything is just a few steps away: ferry station, central square, restaurants, cafes, shops, supermarket, swimming areas. The apartment of 50 sqm has a separate bedroom, a spacious living room with a dining area, a bathroom with a shower and a kitchenette. All three French windows and small balconies in the apartment have a delightful lake view. You’ll admire the lake and mountains while waking up in the morning, having breakfast or relaxing on the sofa. The apartment combines the layout of a hotel suite (the building was built in the 19th century as a hotel) and home comforts: - although being central positioned, the suit is calm due to its advantageous location; - you’ll find a large new sofa for enjoying the lake view, TV and free Wi-Fi; - in the bedroom: new bed with a comfortable mattress, premium bed linens, large wardrobe; - in the bathroom: shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, washing machine and an iron. - the kitchenette is equipped with everything you need (dishes, induction cooker, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, new fridge).
