La Perla is a charming apartment in the heart of Venice, close to the Grand Canal. Completely restored and with private access, once you enter you will feel at home because of its coziness. It can accommodate up to 3 people, because there is a sofa bed in the living room in addition to the double bed. Free Wi-Fi and AC.

Neighbourhood information

Santa Croce is a very beautiful area of Venice, and there is pleanty of services, such as supermarkets, chemists, bakeries, ect. The square San Giacomo dell'Orio, which is one of the main one in Venice, is just 7 minutes further.
