Our house is located in a historic fishermen village, just 300 meters from the port and very close to famous white sand beaches. Daily cruises will take you to visit the best hidden bays, including the charming Budelli Isla, famous for her pink sand. The condo is at the center of the small village of Porto Pozzo. You will find at walking distance from the house: bar, grocery, pharmacy, bank, restaurants. At the port there are activities of rental boats and rafts. Tastefully furnished apartment with every comfort: not the usual holiday home! In addition to the two double bedrooms, there is a sofa bed in the living room. Just 30' driving car from Olbia, Porto Pozzo overlooks La Maddalena archipelago. The apartment is also equipped with TV led, fridge, freezer, ceramic cooker, microwave oven, washer-dryer and hairdryer. In the price are included bed linens and towels. Spend your holidays enjoying the crystal blue sea of Sardinia and enjoying the excellent Italian cuisine: you will have the possibility to choose romantic restaurants on the beach or cooking at the barbeque on the terrace the fresh fish bought at the harbor in front of the house!
Unfortunately, we will not be in place during your stay. However, you will be given a local reference of the person who cleans and keeps the house, just in case you have logistic issues. For any other problems, we will be always at your disposal at our mobile phone 24h. Guests have access to the whole apartment. Only some furniture are not accessible because they contain personal effects of the owners. Please kindly do not smoke inside the house, but only on the outdoor terrace.
Porto Pozzo belongs to the municipality of Santa Teresa di Gallura, in an area known as the Costa Smeralda. It is about 30 km from Porto Cervo and Porto Rotondo, the two most famous tourist resorts of Sardinia. Here you will also find the best discos, nightlife and partying. The most famous closer beaches are: Rena Bianca, La Marmorata, Santa Reparata, Liscia, etc. For kitesurfer and windsurfer, we suggest to enjoy the closer beach of Porto Pollo, a paradise for water sports entuxiasts.
