The accommodation has a double bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and bidet, and a 10 square metres covered terrace, ideal for a romantic dinner or an aperitif at sunset. It’s possible to see the pink flamingos fly at sunset and throughout the day over the accommodation. It is located in a private area of ​​a mini condominium (3 residential units) in an elegant setting in one of the most sought-after, peaceful and quiet areas of the city. The kitchenette is provided with all the main tools, a coffee pod machine, a moka, a microwave, an induction hob, and a fridge. The external fixtures are equipped with mosquito nets. Last but not least, The accommodation has a washing machine and it’s air conditioned. From here, it’s easy to reach the beach, the town centre and the main tourist spots, as well as bike paths, parks and promenades, and sport venues.
