San Martino Lake Como Holiday House is composed of a large bedroom with a king-size double bed, a large living room with a table for four guests, a kitchen equipped with pots, pans, dishes and cutlery, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, induction hobs and a large double sofa bed that opens and transforms into a double bed where two adults can sleep comfortably. The house has a large bathroom equipped with all amenities, shower with shampoo and body shower included, first aid kit, towel kit and hairdryer. The house also has a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Sheets and blankets will also be provided. San Martino Lake Como has an outdoor garden with patio and a breathtaking view of Lake Como and Bellagio promontory. The House is 100% Sustainable as we are committed to respecting the environment in which we live, the energy comes entirely from solar panels, recycling is carried out and the furniture materials are plastic free.

Dear Guests, we are Irene and Pietro, a young couple who want to stand out from the usual “hosts”. We have created a Holiday House with an intimate and welcoming environment in continuous evolution, immersed in the greenery and peace of our small and unique Village of Griante, with a breathtaking view of Lake Como and the romantic promontory of Bellagio.
