In the historic center of Sanremo we have renovated absolutely for you a large apartment of about 85 square meters on the 2nd floor to which leads a staircase of about 30 steps. Located in a typical medieval building, within walking distance of the sea and the main streets, the accommodation is characterized by large windows and high ceilings that make it very bright and airy with a beautiful panoramic view over the sea and the city. At your disposal there will be a spacious living room with sitting, dining and kitchen areas, double bedroom, small guest room at the entrance, two bathrooms with shower and bath, storage room and laundry. My name is Daria. I am not Italian-born, but I really love Italy and I have been living here for a long time with my husband and two kids. I am the owner of this unique apartment in Sanremo and also run a small family business from home. I love welcoming my guests and making their stay as easy and comfortable as possible. In the apartment I tried to keep an ancient style of the Mediterranean. But at the same time I provide you with every modern comfort: fully-equipped kitchen and two comfortable bathrooms, free WIFI, climate control system Daikin, flat-screen TV, dishwasher and washing machine. All the rooms are very bright and airy with large opening windows and a wonderful view over the sea and the characteristic roofs of the old city dominated by the Cathedral of San Siro. I am willing to make any recommendations for places and attractions of Sanremo that is an inexhaustible treasure, a great combination of crystal blue sea and medieval old town, authentic Italian cuisine and international shopping. I believe that you will fall in love with Liguria, just as I fell in love with it many years ago. And you will definitely want to come back again! You are welcome!
ENG. The apartment is located at the beginning of the pedestrian area. The nearest parking lot is 200 m far from the accommodation, on Piazza degli Eroi Sanremesi, where I would recommend parking your car to unload the luggage. I would be glad to meet you at the square to accompany to my free private garage nearby. Check-in would be preferable after 16:00, and check-out by 11:00, but if you have any special requests on the time of your arrival or departure, I always try to accede to them.
