Welcome to Camogli! This top-floor apartment is perfect for those looking for peace, natural light, and a stunning sea view. The interior is an open-plan layout with a functional separation: the sleeping area is visually divided from the living room by a custom wardrobe with a lateral opening (no door). It features two double sofa beds, ideal for couples, close friends, or families. The balcony overlooks the sea and sits next to the neighbor’s balcony, but is separated by a jasmine plant that offers privacy and a touch of greenery. An adjustable awning provides shade, making the outdoor space enjoyable even during the hottest hours. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom has a modern shower, and the apartment includes A/C, independent heating, and private parking.
