However, we truly value the opportunity to welcome you in person, as we believe every stay begins with a warm smile and a handshake. For this reason, check-in takes place in person between 4:00pm and 9:00pm. Knowing your arrival time in advance allows us to organize everything smoothly. Since we manage multiple properties, any delay may cause other Guests to wait. Punctuality is a simple yet meaningful gesture that allows us to offer every Guest a warm and timely welcome. Please notify our Booking Office of your flight or ferry arrival time at least 72 hours in advance via message or email, so we can schedule an appointment for key handover with a Sardinia Chic team member. For evening arrivals, a supplement applies for check-in after 9:00pm. All requests for late check-in must be confirmed by our team.

Seaside Home is a refined semi-detached villa, recently renovated, located in Villasimius, on Punta Santo Stefano, between Cala Tramazzu and Cala Caterina, in the heart of the Protected Marine Area of Capo Carbonara. A haven of elegance and harmony where the sea and nature set the rhythm of the day. The property, of about 100 sqm, is arranged over two levels and features spacious interiors and elegant outdoor areas: two gardens, a sea-view terrace, two furnished porticos, and a private courtyard. The main portico, facing the sea, is ideal for breakfast or sunset dinners, while the rear one offers a shaded, relaxing space. On the raised floor, the main entrance opens onto an intimate setting with a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a triple bedroom with two single beds and a pull-out bed (ideal for children or teenagers, also comfortable for adults), served by a bathroom with shower. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with private bathroom and French door to the inner courtyard (no traditional window), plus a small window in the bathroom for ventilation. The modern living area includes a fully equipped kitchenette, a comfortable lounge with flat-screen TV, and a bright dining area. The villa offers air conditioning, heating, washing machine, Wi-Fi, and a private covered parking space (for standard-size cars, not minivans). Outdoors, a lush lawn leads to bathing rocks and two beautiful beaches: the Cala Caterina condominium beach (50 m) and the Santo Stefano beach (100 m). The Villasimius Marina, nearby, provides boat rentals, excursions, and unforgettable sunsets. Seaside Home embodies the essence of a Sardinian seaside retreat: elegant, tranquil, and surrounded by nature, just 6 km from the center of Villasimius. A private car is recommended for reaching the property and exploring the area freely.
