The 50 sq.m2 apartment has a large double bedroom , a living room with sofa/single bed and a wonderful view of the downtown rooftops and the sea , a large bathroom and kitchenette , a small internal staircase from the living room leads to the terrace with sea view . The apartment can accommodate up to 3 people , the available facilities are Wi-Fi ,television , air conditioning with heat pump in the living room and washing machine . The walking path to reach the apartment also includes an ascent to with some steps for about 300 meters from the entrance of the pine cone.The apartment is located on the 2nd floor , with steep steps as pictured typical of the houses in the historic center . The old town can only be reached on foot, you can leave your car in the free or paid parking lots that are three hundred/seven hundred meters away; a shuttle service from Nice Airport or San Remo station can be arranged for a fee . Smoking or partying is not allowed. Please be advised that the apartment has stairs and the apartment is suitable for 3 people (infants and children included).
