Only 15km from Ciampino airport and 45km from Fiumicino airport, will offer you a peaceful rest experience following the numerous activities available in the area. (sightseeing, hiking and mountain bike, golf…)
Developed in the basement floor of a villa accessible via an independent entrance, equipped with a new efficient and quite air-conditioning system, the living area offers a three seats bed sofa (accommodating 1 extra guest for sleeping) and smart 55” 4K TV ideal for relax after a busy day of exploration. A fully furnished kitchen with modern appliances and kitchenware is provided to fulfil your culinary needs. The wide king-size bedroom will guarantee you a restful and silent sleep as well as an easy storage of all your belongings. The spacious bathroom has a big shower (120cmX80cm) and all the amenities you may need.
