The cozy apartment "Sonnenparadies 4" is located near San Martino in Passiria (Sankt Martin in Passeier) and is perfect for summer or winter holidays in South Tyrol. The 60m² Apartement 4 has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom, a bathroom and can accommodate 6 people. The amenities also include Wi-Fi and a TV. A baby bed and a highchair are available on request. Outside, there is a shared garden, children's playground with slide and swing, trampoline, table tennis and table football right by the house. There is also a barbecue on our lawn, which you are welcome to use free of charge. There is also a private furnished balcony, where you can start the day with coffee and nice mountain views. Underground garage and covered parking spaces at the house are available free of charge. We serve fresh bread rolls / breakfast daily on request and at an extra charge.
