Comfortable and bright three-room apartment, on the top floor with elevator of a quiet residential complex, located in the heart of the historic city center within walking distance of all services. The house consists of entrance hall with living room and TV, kitchen equipped with dishes and appliances such as oven, microwave fridge, coffee maker and kettle. Also in the living room we find a small storage room with inside the washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. Completing the living area is a balcony equipped with a small table and chairs, where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the city. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: one with 1 double bed and the other with two single beds, for a total of 4 beds. Each room is equipped with a closet. Present is a full bathroom with shower. A private indoor parking space completes the property. -Apartment managed in the name and on behalf of the owner-
