Recently renovated independent flat in a portion of a rustic building located in a quiet residential area, approx. 2 km from the historic centre of Castelfranco Veneto, which can also be reached by bicycle path.
The property has a covered patio and private garden and provides access to a large green area reserved for residents.
The accommodation consists of 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with large shower, open living room with double sofa bed, breakfast peninsula, kitchen, patio and garden.
At guests' disposal: air conditioner, fan, 55'' Smart TV with free NETFLIX and PRIME VIDEO, free WIFI/ethernet connection, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, juicer, blender, microwave oven, dishwasher, air fryer, iron and ironing board, washing machine, air dryer, linen, towels, welcome kit.

The accommodation is located on the ground floor so it is easily accessible even for elderly people or those with walking difficulties.
