Close to the ancient village of the beautiful Galatina, in the heart of Salento, a large and refined residence for a time of true relaxation, a few minutes from the Ionian Sea (Gallipoli, Ugento...) and the Adriatic Sea (Otranto, Torre dell 'Bear...). You can spend pleasant and fun evenings in the alleys of the ancient village of Galatina, with its artistic beauties, restaurants, pubs, win bars... and a rich calendar of events. Up to 5 beds, it is ideal for families and groups of friends. Entire house in a building from the early 1900s, with typical star vaults, finely renovated respecting the local style, equipped with all comforts, including a lovely and equipped private terrace of 30 m2. It has a large living room with a French double sofa bed and, on request, an additional single bed, a large stylish master bedroom, a hallway with a desk/work area, an elegant living room with a relaxation corner and a large, furnished annex. dining room, an independent kitchen equipped and complete with everything (pots, crockery, tablecloths and cleaning products), a comfortable bathroom with shower compartment, bidet and complete set of towels and personal hygiene products for each guest. The gem is the large terrace with gazebo, surrounded by greenery of plants and centuries-old citrus trees, with table and chairs for your outdoor lunches/dinners, hammock and deckchairs, equipped with barbecue, sink and outdoor shower. The house is entirely air conditioned with the latest generation air conditioners. The beautiful ancient village of Galatina is just 50 meters away on foot: you can enjoy the artistic and architectural beauties of the city. Galatina is in the heart of Salento, a few minutes from the marinas and the capital: 17 km from Santa Maria al Bagno, 22 km from Gallipoli, 30 km from Otranto, 20 km from Lecce. All that remains is to wish you happy holidays!
