Charming residence with private garden overlooking the sea. Just a few steps from the stairways leading to the beaches and the splendid village of Tellaro. The apartment consists of a spacious living area overlooking the Gulf of Poets, with a kitchenette and sofa bed, a bathroom with shower cabin, and a double bedroom with a small terrace. The private garden, equipped with a gazebo and dining table, is immersed in a fragrant citrus grove. A covered private parking space is available, shared with another apartment (maximum height 1.80 m). It may be necessary to leave the keys in a combination key box. Alternatively, paid parking is available nearby, to be booked in advance.
