Accepted pet size: medium (30 to 60 cm) The two-room cottage is part of the cozy family-run Liberato Peschici residence, equipped with numerous amenities. Among these, guests can find a fenced parking space, a well-kept garden where you can relax, a barbecue area for enjoyable evenings, a coin-operated washing machine, a playground for the little ones, a small soccer field for sports lovers, and a beautiful swimming pool with a panoramic view. In addition, the residence offers free WiFi connection to stay always connected. The cottage features a double bedroom and a living area with a kitchenette and TV, designed to provide everything you need for a comfortable and carefree stay. Guests can also take advantage of an equipped veranda, ideal for dining outdoors while enjoying the tranquility of the place. Located about 1500 meters from the center of Peschici and the first beach, the residence ensures easy access to the many beaches in the area, all reachable within a few minutes by car and without the inconvenience of city traffic. These beaches, mostly sandy, offer both free areas and facilities equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas. It is important to note that access to the holiday home is possible exclusively by car, via an ascent of about 200 meters.
