Residenza Luna and Studio Sole are located at the foot of Assisi, in Santa Maria degli Angeli, near the Basilica that houses the famous Porziuncola of Saint Francis.
The location is ideal — just a 5-minute walk from the Assisi Train Station and about 25 minutes on foot from the historic center of Assisi. By train, Perugia is only 20 minutes away, while Rome and Florence can be reached in about 2 hours with direct trains.
The Perugia “San Francesco d’Assisi” International Airport is approximately 10 minutes away by car.
You’ll find many shops, cafés, and restaurants within walking distance. A bar and a supermarket are conveniently located on the ground floor of the same building.
In the surrounding area, you’ll also find the Lyrical Theatre, a public swimming pool, and a bocce court.

Both apartments overlook the inner garden and are accessible by elevator.
Residenza Luna – about 60 m², can accommodate 4 guests (up to 5 if needed).
