Our property is a former small house where there lived a Venetian family. We have renovated it and made it become a guesthouse. If you make a booking for my appartment for more than 4 guests, than in one room there will stay 2 guests and in the other room there will stay all other guests (2-4 people). All late check-in (after 19 o'clock) have to be communicated to the accommodation with a notice of at least 72 hours prior to arrival date. All late check-in (after 19 o'clock) requests are subject to confirmation by the property before the booking is made (use the contact the property functionality).

For check-in between 19 o'clock and 20 o'clock there is an additional fee of 15€

For check-in between 20 o'clock and 21 o'clock there is an additional fee of 30€

Check-in after 21 o'clock are not possible.

All late check-in have to be approved by the accommodation.

The late check-in fee has to be paid in advance by using a payment link or a QR code provided by the accommodation.
