Tenuta Le Selve is an elegant and exclusive hillside property located on the western shore of Garda Lake, a wonderful environment for unforgettable holidays and stays. This 10 ectars property, with its breath taking lake view, includes 2 villas: Villa Le Selve (3 double bedrooms for maximum 6 adults) and Villa Storica (4 double bedrooms for maximum 8 adults). Lake view swimming-pool, jacuzzi and spa. Enveloped by the green of the olive grove, which lies on the surrounding plateau, you can enjoy an incomparable panorama that spans across the lower lake and the church of the quaint village of Gaino. In the estate there is the prestigious Villa Storica designed in the twenties by the architect Giancarlo Maroni, first of all known as the designer of the Vittoriale degli Italiani, the residence of the poet and writer Gabriele D'Annunzio. The second villa, called Villa Le Selve, was partially renovated in 2008 to host a Guest House, a refined and elegant residence for those guests who want to rent it for indulging in periods of relaxation and tranquillity.
