In the heart of Tuscany between Florence and Siena lies this beautiful hilly area famous all over the world for its landscapes and its wines, Chianti. Despite its limited extension, Chianti offers many things to see, such as medieval towns and villages, castles and parish churches. There are also many things to do, such as wine tastings and typical local products. San Casciano is also a small tourist-friendly reality, as well as a very "lived-in" place. Artisan shops, small shops, bars, restaurants and ice cream parlors enrich the already pretty historic center; particularly nice is the park, large, very well maintained and well located, perfect for children thanks to the many games present, but also for adults given the splendid views it offers.
