The 65m² vacation villa Terrazza su Tavolara is located in Olbia, a coastal town in northeastern Sardinia. The house is strategically located on the tip of a promontory a few meters from the cliff, in front of you only the sea, the horizon and the island of Tavolara, at the same time 2 beautiful beaches are only 3 minutes walk from there. This part of the spacious villa is completely independent and consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The villa also features Wi-Fi (supporting video calls), air conditioning, satellite television, and a washing machine. Children are allowed. Guests can enjoy the frontal sea view and relax outdoors in the furnished garden or sun on the covered terrace, both for private use. The outdoor area also has showers and a private grill. You also have direct access to the cliffs, from where you can swim as if in a private pool. Come and admire spectacular sunrises here. Street parking is available. The villa features wide doors. Small pets are allowed (up to 10 kg) for an additional fee. Maximum number of Pets: 1. Additional charges will apply on-site based on usage for cribs, pets.

The spacious villa is located directly on the seaside and is just a 3 minute walk from the beach and 5 minutes from a bus stop with all services. The villa is just a short walk from a restaurant, a bar, a cafe, and a supermarket and is just a 10 minute stroll from the beautiful Spiaggia Lo Squalo beach. Olbia Airport is a 15 minute (10.5 km) drive from the villa.
