Casa terra cielo completamente indipendente e ristrutturata con stile. Possiede un meraviglioso terrazzo vista lago al ultimo piano. Questa casa si trova in un angolo a pochi passi del centro storico di Gardone Sopra e del comune in una posizione che conserva la morfologia urbana antica caratterizzata da graziosi vicoli ciottolati e angoli magici. La tipologia di questa casa era tipica dei primi 900, si sviluppa su 4 piani ed e dotata di 4 camere da letto di due posti letto ciascuna e due bagni.
Oltre all'architetturai mi dedico al property management. Aiuto ai proprietari a gestire le loro prenotazioni e do consigli su come meglio presentare la propria casa. Ascolto anche i consigli degli ospiti. Amo viaggiare, mangiare, fare sport e fare nuove conoscenze. Lourdes e' disponibile per ogni vostro quesito. Lingue: Inglese, Italiano, Spagnolo, Francese
Gardone e' considerato uno dei borghi piu belli d'Italia e questa casa si trova in un vicolo collinare tranquillo ma in una posizione centrale vicino al Vittoriale, ai negozi, al comune e alle spiagge. E possibile girare a piedi in macchino o in bicicletta. Il pullman si ferma in via Roma a Gardone e in Villa Alba. Da entrambe le fermate si puó arrivare alla casa. Ci sono bellissime passeggiate che caratterizzano questa meravigliosa città giardino. Il terreno non e pianeggiante e magari qualcuno potrebbe faticare con le salite... ma e' propio questo il suo bello!
