The apartment is located on the second floor of a historic building (stairs to get there) The apartment is located on the Fegina seafront ,in front of the beach ,and enjoys a balcony and a terrace with a wonderful view of the Ligurian Sea. The apartment equipped with air conditioning and wi-fi was inaugurated in June 2025 and it has: 1 double bedroom with balcony, sea view terrace with double sun lounger; living room with dining table, sofa bed, smart TV and balcony with view; 1 bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with double bed, private bathroom with accessories and sofa bed; equipped kitchen with kitchenette and washing machine. On the ground floor there is our Lapo's restaurant and pizzeria, where guests will have a 10% discount on table service or can request room service. For those traveling by train, the train station is a 2-minute walk away. For those arriving by car, the nearest paid public parking is 500 meters from the apartment.
