The apartment, completely renovated in November 2024, is ideal for families or groups of friends of up to 5 people. It features a double bedroom with a spacious walk-in closet, a double sofa bed, and an additional single sofa bed. The bathroom is large and equipped with all comforts. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, perfect for cooking and enjoying time together. The property also includes a large balcony overlooking the main street, ideal for relaxing outdoors.
Since 2018, we have been passionately managing our own hospitality properties, always ensuring maximum availability and attention to meet any needs of our guests. Numerous positive reviews attest to our commitment to providing attentive hospitality and a pleasant stay.
The neighborhood, although suburban, is easily accessible thanks to the proximity of two Metro Line C stations, located less than 600 meters from the property, which provide quick and easy access to the center of Rome. The area offers a variety of services nearby and is just a few kilometers from the University and "Casilino" Hospital.
