Near the sandy Lido and Maria Pia beaches and the cycle lane, our top floor apartment can offer you a relaxing holiday by the sea with three bedrooms, one bathroom and a living area with a kitchenette. The apartment garantees you a wonderful stay especially for its airy and furnished terrace. Located in an extremely well-manteined residence with a huge swimming pool surrounded by gardens, our guests will be able to easily leave their car in the reserved car park and get aroud Alghero by bike. The apartment is for non-smokers only and is provided with crib, wifi, television and air conditioning. It's also equipped with hair dryer, iron and ironing board, towels and bed linen for the whole duration of your stay. The house is at your complete disposal and we've put care in every detail in order to welcome you in a clean and comfortable space. The complex area (playground, swimming pools, gardens, parking places) is strictly reserved to the people staying in the residence’s apartments. The playground with a slide, two swings and a carousel are at exclusive disposal of the kids staying in the residence. The swimming pool area provide a huge pool with deep ends and a diving board and a little pool next to the big one for kids and babies. During the swimming pool opening time there will always be a certified safeguard. In the apartment you will find beach chairs: use them only in the swimming pool area and not at the beach. Just at the entrance to the swimming pool there are outside showers where you can wash yourself from the chlorine or the sand. Beach towels are available upon request. Fast internet connection. The two single rooms have a pull out bed each that can turn into two (very comfy) single beds. The swimming pool will be open during the summer season (7 June - 7 September). To our dear guests we offer a place at the beach (two sunbeds and an umbrella) in a well known beach resort during the time the swimming pool is closed. Tourist tax is not included.

Located in one of the liveliest areas of Alghero, Via Lido, near the apartment you will find tons of beach bars, restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets. The historic town center is just 20 minutes far by foot: a nice walk along the beach promenade. IF YOU HAVE A CAR Reserved parking place inside the complex, just outside the apartment, which will be a huge relief during the higher season. If you have a big car please let me know: we can arrange with the neighbor. If you have more than a car, there is a free parking square next to the residence, accessible with a card that I can provide, but notice that it could be overcrowded in July and August.
