Beach Villa is located directly on the sea few minutes away from Spechiolla town and Torre Guaceto Natural Reserve.The villa is composed of 3 rooms and a living room each with ensuite bathroom and AC.The villa has also an equipped kitchen and an outdoor covered dining veranda. 2 rooms face the sea and 1 the backyard.The nearest private beach is 3 minutes away by feet and 2 minutes by car many restaurants can be reached.A bycicle rental service is available.Hiking and bycicle roads are around.
The villa is located in a protected natural area.
