140SM, 2 floors of 3 (I live in an independent apartment with a separate entrance) of an independent house, with 1,200 SM garden and private parking, 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful fireplace. Ideal for every season for enjoying the amazing nature, for visiting 5 Terre, for working using desk, ergonomic chair and a fast connection. TV, Air Conditioning and bbq will make your staying more pleasant.

I live on the top floor, I’ll available any moment and I’ll be happy to suggest you routes, places and food of this amazing land
A garden with a big variety of plants and trees. Olives, lemon and lavender will give you relax during your lunches or dinner on the terrace, immerse in a silence and a view on the hills. We are 7KM from Recco and from its beautiful coast, with a green blue sea. 9KM from Camogli and it’s picturesque village 20KM from Genoa, the city of the Port and historical center 30KM from Sestri Levante 60KM from Cinque Terre. The best is to come by car or motorbike or e-bike. There is a bus stop 5 mins walking from the house.
