Alloggio in un tranquillo condominio. Esposizione a sud, con grande balcone panoramico, vista mare. L'alloggio, al nono piano con ascensore con porta di 60 cm, esposto a sud con ampio balcone, è costituito da: camera da letto matrimoniale, camera con due letti singoli e angolo studio, dotate entrambe di climatizzatori; soggiorno con climatizzatore, divano, zona conversazione e TV; ampia cucina - pranzo, con zona cottura, frigo con congelatore e lavatrice, ventilatore a soffitto, completo di accessori e stoviglie; n.2 servizi igienici con doccia. Ampio ingresso con libreria. Connessione internet a fibra ottica, alta velocità, wifi. Per prenotazioni di 3 o 4 ospiti gli ambienti della casa saranno tutti accessibili. Per prenotazioni di 1 o 2 ospiti, non sarà disponibile una camera da letto e 1 wc-doccia. In ogni caso l'alloggio sarà sempre ad uso esclusivo.
In posizione centrale, presso stazione autobus con servizi per la Valle dei Templi, le spiagge e la Scala dei Turchi. A 400 metri dalla stazione ferroviaria.
