CASA GINESTRA with one bedroom is an independent portion of a boutique chalet, with garden and patio, on Lake Arvo, in Lorica - Sila National Park. A sliding glass door brings, in good weather, the living in the nature. Freshness, perfumes, chirps, immediate pleasure. The living room is cozy and warm in winter, and in front of the fireplace you watch it’s snowing. In the living room with kitchenette and sofa bed a TV keeps you company. A cozy bedroom in the silence of the woods lull you. The bathroom with shower and washing machine completes the floor.
CASA ACERO with two bedrooms is an independent portion of a boutique chalet, with a large covered terrace, on Lake Arvo in Lorica. The unit is on the first floor. The living room has kitchenette with sofa and TV, fireplace and large windows on the terrace. On the terrace, in summer, you can glimpse the lake. A cozy bedroom and a bathroom with shower and washing machine complete the floor. Then go up with an internal wood staircase and reach upperfloor, a marvel of wood and space. An open space with a living room area with sofa bed and tv a Queen size bed, a bathroom with shower. From the balcony you dominate the area.

the “Pearl of the Sila” is situated on the banks of lake Arvo in a wonderful valley facing south and warmed in winter by the sun of the south and cooled in summer by the height of the mountain, Lorica nestles there, a village with all amenities at hand. There are good sports facilities in the area - two football pitches used for summer training by pro-fessional teams, tennis courts, furthermore bicycle and mountain bikes are also avail-able for hire. You can swim in the clear water of the lake or sunbathe on the lake beaches. Activities include; boating, canoeing, fishing, cycling, horse riding, trekking and orienteering either on your own, with the help of maps, or with a little help from pro-fessional guides. You can then enjoy the local traditional food of the traditional restau-rants. Lorica has become a very important winter resort of southern Italy. During the winter season there are ski slopes in the “Valle dell’inferno”, literally “Hell valley”, that are used for the Italian Ski National Cup and some other easier slopes; there are 259 kms of trails in the forest and also Cross country ski trails.
